About the Artist
Julia Kennedy is a self-taught artist living
in Chatham County, North Carolina with three rotten cats.
In her use of vibrant colors and extensive layering she reveals an
emotional and compelling world. She has had several one woman
shows and is included in many private collections as far ranging
as San Jose, California and Dublin, Ireland. Please check back

She is currently looking for someone who is interested in taking professional quality digital and
slide photos of her work in exchange for 1 or 2 of her paintings.This would involve coming to Pittsboro for the photo shoot, so
someone who is in the Triangle area would be ideal. She also has several newer canvases which are available for barter or she can do work on commisson.
